Founded in 1980, Japanese brand MUJI creates simple, functional products for everyday living while embracing a philosophy of minimalism, quality, and thoughtful design.

We as a class has also carefully curated a brand book with our research of the brand of MUJI.

Camping brings people together, strengthens connection with nature, and creates a meaningful social experience. The project translates that ritual into a compact eating set that supports preparation, serving, storage, and movement between camp and meal.

Outdoor.
A soft organizer keeps utensils and meal essentials visible while the tray creates a stable prep surface outdoors.
Grab & Go
The set is designed as a compact carry system, reducing setup time and keeping the meal ritual portable.
Freedom of use
The tray and organizer can separate or work together, allowing different eating, serving, and packing behaviors.

The black textile organizer holds utensils and meal essentials with visible red stitching, while the wooden tray creates a stable surface for preparation and serving. Together, the pieces reduce clutter and keep the eating experience flexible.

Outcome
The final system brings together portability, organization, and freedom of use for outdoor dining. It supports the social quality of camping while keeping the objects simple, compact, and easy to carry.
